Dear IPU Players:

As you may all know, since few days we have implemented a new regulation system that controls the incoming donations from Paypal.

What does this mean?

It means when a player donates, the system checks his/hers paypal account. If the paypal account is not verified, the player will be able to donate an max of $100 USD ONLY, permanently. If the player doesn't verify his/her paypal account, he/she won't be able to donate anymore.

If the account is verified, then the limit of donations will depend in the time passed between donations:

$100 USD in a day.
$200 USD in 15 days.
$400 USD in a month.

The system (verified or unverified) checks the time between donations, not the calendar time. This means you can't donate $400 USD the 31 of may and another $400 USD the 1 of June. You will have to wait until the 30 of June.

As an example:

I donate $100 USD the 1 of June. If I try to donate any more the same day, the donation will be rejected.
I wait to the next day and donate another $100 USD. Then I will have to wait 15 days to donate again. Once the 15 days have passed, I can donate again $200 USD in 15 days. If I try to donate more, the system will reject the donation.
